2008 Fontonola - Exhibited at the Herbert Art Gallery Coventry
Fontonola - Exhibited at the Plus International Design Expo Subverting the idea of the Player Piano, graphic designer, illustrator and musician Andrew Spackman has designed and made the Fontonola. The Fontonola is a machine that simultaneously projects a simple typographic phrase whilst triggering looped samples, which can be re-ordered, manipulated and remixed into a live improvised soundscape.
