Fatsuma have worked for commercial clients
including: Tokyo based T-shirt company Graniph, Rojo Magazine, Bulb
Magazine, The FACE, Computer Arts, Candy Space, Decode Magazine, Plan
B Magazine, Contact Theatre and as well as other editorial, music and
arts based clients. Fatsuma exhibited the experimental typography/sound
machine, the Fontonola and the Fontomatic at the Plus International
Design Expo in 2007 and 2008. The Fontonola has also been featured in
Creative Review. Moving image and short films by Fatsuma have been shown
at the ICA, London and Watershed Media Centre, Bristol.
The Zoom Quartet have performed extensively in the UK over the past
10 years, including performances at: Exploding Cinema; Start Film Festival;
Brief Encounters Short Film Festival; OMSK; The ICA; Ashton Court Festival;
Cube Cinema; Light House Media Centre; ArtsFest; The Bond Gallery; Dingwalls;
and BBC London. He has collaborated with the High Llamas and Mark Springer
of Rip, Rig and Panic; Funding Pending; Figure of Speech Puppet Theatre;
The Sonic Arts Network and Central St Martins. He has released albums
with the High Llamas and former Rip, Rig and Panic composer and pianist
Mark Springer.
